The decor is modern and stylish and complemented by elegant soft furnishings. French doors lead out onto your own private decked area. 

The kitchen is fitted with quality units and a whole host of appliances which include an integrated microwave, oven with 4 burner hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a utility room complete with coat hook area and a washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms in the Holywell 23, a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a twin bedroom. There are two washrooms, the main bathroom has a full-size bath with shower over and there is an en-suite shower to the master bedroom.
