Silverbow Country Park is part of the Surf Bay Leisure family, a family owned business with a history stretching back more than 120 years.
The story began in 1905, when Ernie Taylor turned his parents' field at Westward Ho! into a campsite. What started as a small family venture has grown through generations into a business specialising in holiday homes, caravan parks and everything that comes with enjoying life in the great outdoors.
Today, Surf Bay Leisure remains a family business, with the fifth generation of the Taylor family continuing the journey.
That family heritage is something we're proud of at Silverbow. We believe in looking after our parks, getting to know our owners and creating places where people can enjoy their own little corner of Cornwall for years to come.
